Kittamaqundi actually means "meeting place" ... Its maximum
depth is 7 feet.  Nomanizan Island was named with a contest
& can only be reached by boat.

The boathouse along the west shore of the lake has a wooden pier/ramp
for launching boats and canoes. During the summer they rents canoes,
rowboats and paddle boats.
